Everything you need to know about Jebel Jais Flight – the world’s longest zip line

This week’s Time Out Quick Guides is all about Ras Al Khaimah’s record-breaking attraction

Where do we begin when talking about the longest zip line you’ll find anywhere in the world?

Well, most likely with an earlier start than usual because to get to the summit you’ll need to head about two hours’ drive north of Dubai. The scale of the zip line is, as you’d expect, wildly ambitious, and this 3.83km-long run is as long as it is visually stunning.

Found more than 1.6km above sea level, your journey to the Jebel Jais Flight will be interrupted by a more-than necessary stop at the Jebel Jais Observation Deck, where you’ll stop and gaze at the gorgeous views of the Hajjar Mountain range on one side, and the Arabian Gulf on the other.

This week’s episode of Time Out Quick Guides is all about Ras Al Khaimah’s record-breaking attraction, the longest zip line in the world, with everything you need to know about Jebel Jais Flight.
