Where is Abu Dhabi’s Soul Beach, how much does it cost and more?

Your guide to the Saadiyat Island’s newest beach

Abu Dhabi welcomed a brand new beach last month.

Soul Beach has been open (to those brave enough to lie in the sun) since July 27.

The stunning beachfront location is the newest beach to open in the city, offering residents another option when finding a place to lounge by the sea.

Want to know more about the new location? Okay, we’ve got you covered.

Where is it?

Soul Beach is located on Saadiyat Island and is part of the Mamsha Al Saadiyat Community.

You’ll find the new location between Louvre Abu Dhabi, the Cultural District and Berklee Abu Dhabi, located next door to Manarat Al Saadiyat.

How do you get there?

If you’re coming from the city, you take a trip over Sheikh Khalifa Bridge and take the first turn off after the bridge with signs for Cranleigh Abu Dhabi and Manarat Al Saadiyat.

From there you’ll see the signs for Soul beach and you can’t miss it really.

Coming from Yas Island or Dubai? Take the last exit before Shaikh Khalifa Bridge following signs for NYUAD and Manarat Al Saadiyat and follow the Soul Beach signs from there.

How much is it?

Weekday access costs Dhs50 per person and on weekends it’s Dhs75. With your entry fee you’ll get access to a sun lounger and parasol included.

What’s there?

Once there you’ll find 1km of pristine, manicured beach on Saadiyat Island.

There are 400 sun loungers with parasols and a 400m swimming zone in the ocean.

All beds have a table with a QR code, scan it and you’ll get a menu where you can order refreshments and food to be delivered to you by buggy.

Mamsha Al Saadiyat is an ongoing development and shops, restaurants and cafes are expected to open in the coming months so you can grab a drink or a bite.

Anything else?

Social distancing and safety guidelines are currently in place.

Wearing a mask on arrival and bringing your own towel is required at this time.
