The brunches of Abu Dhabi are coming back in full force, and this Friday (September 13) marks the relaunch of the Raising the Steaks brunch at The Foundry.
As well as the steakhouse’s excellent cuts of meat, beef wellington station, poké raw bar and make-your-own burrata stand, the menu features a range of exciting new dishes.
This includes a dedicated vegan corner, which offers fresh and healthy dishes like mushroom and asparagus risotto, coconut-infused spinach and banana, vegan curry, power bowls, vegan burritos, Vietnamese summer rolls and Beyond burger sliders.
There’s also a different vegan dessert every week, including rich chocolate mousse, tapioca pearls with apple and coconut mahalabia and banana fritters.
So weather you’re a meat lover or on a plant-based diet, you’ll find loads of delicious options.
