Al Dhafra Festival will go ahead this year in Abu Dhabi.
The fourteenth edition of the cultural festival is set to take place from November 5 to January 29, 2021.
Celebrating Bedouin lifestyle and the heritage of the UAE, the festival will be held with new safety measures in place to ensure public safety.
Located in Al Dhafra, the annual festival will feature traditional handicrafts, camel beauty contests, falconry contests, saluki races and more attractions and competitions all with strict social distancing, capacity limits and more.
For 2020, the traditional souk will not take place, to ensure the safety of all visitors.
All staff will undergo COVID-19 testing, must wear a mask and ensure all competition sites and public areas are sanitized regularly.
