The Galleria Al Maryiah Island is home to many great restaurants, and another new venue has just joined the ranks.
Florist Forever Rose has opened its first-ever café at the shopping centre, and it looks a little different to most.
The boutique café on Al Maryah Island is designed to look like a picture book, with bold 2d illustrations making you feel like you are inside a drawing.
We’ve never seen any restaurant or café take such a bold approach to décor and it looks impressive.
When you visit you can try drinks including the orchid latte, rose and lavender lemonade, lavender latter and more.
Got a sweet tooth? You can tuck in to rose, saffron and pistachio milk cakes, tarts, mouses and more.
You will also be able to check out Forever Rose’s boutique collections and collections that can also be purchased at the venue.
“We decided to open a Forever Rose Café as our customers are what is most important to us, and we wanted to find a way to be a part of their everyday lives, even if it is just through an amazing cup of coffee or dessert,” said Ebraheem Al Samadi, founder and CEO of Forever Rose.
“The café is unique, as wherever you take a photo, you will stand out. The room, our cups and plates are all illustrated in black and white, leaving only our customers, food and beverages in colour.
“This recreates a romantic notion of being a part of a fairytale. With the diverse culture of the UAE, I believe a lot of people from different parts of the world and age groups will now have the chance to try a sense of Forever Rose, if not through the flowers themselves, then definitely in the delicious delicacies on offer at the café.”
