Al Qana project to bring more than 95 new restaurants to Abu Dhabi

The line-up will include a number of home-grown concepts

Abu Dhabi’s absolutely massive lifestyle and entertainment project, Al Qana, is promising to be one of the hottest foodie destinations in the capital.

Hold on to your hats, as more than 95 food and beverage concepts are set to open in the area – exact details have yet to be announced but you can keep your eyes peeled here for updates.

Along with big international brand names, we’re also promised a selection of well-thought-out home-grown concepts and all the new openings have been designed in keeping with the new requirements for social distancing, with a focus on outdoor seating and spacious interiors.

“Al Qana’s gastronomical offering aims to create a new foodie hotspot providing residents and visitors with a rich culinary experience. Al Qana was inspired to create social entertainment and human connections through vibrant lifestyle experiences, positioning this magnificent destination as the heartbeat of Abu Dhabi,” said Stuart Gissing, General Manager at Al Qana.

The exciting – and soon to open – development will also be home to the largest standalone cinema complex in Abu Dhabi, the largest aquarium in the Middle East, a huge lifestyle centre, state-of-the art facilities, running and cycling paths, a dedicated space for kids, a virtual reality zone, an e-sports arena and more. Needless to say, we can’t wait.
