Grand Beirut is open now at The Galleria Al Maryah Island

It’s serving up Lebanese specialties

Looking for a brand new spot to grab a bite at The Galleria Al Maryah Island? Grand Beirut is open now, serving up specialties from the Levant. We’re ready to dig in.

This spot brings art and food together with ultra-cool interiors (hello, cherry blossoms) and all the Lebanese dishes we know and love, plus, a few unexpected ones. We have our eyes on the lobster dipped in traboulsiyeh salsa, the chocolate, banana and hazelnut tlameh and the crunchy knefe. Drool.

The Dubai branch opened earlier this year in Dubai Silicon Oasis, where it serves olive oil and vinegar tastings while you wait for your meal. It quickly opened a second branch at Expo 2020 Dubai. The Galleria Al Maryah Island spot will be the third, and with such rapid growth it’s hard not to have your eyes on Grand Beirut.

Speaking of new openings at the Galleria, TVM Bar has officially launched. It’s the first of its kind in Europe and now the Middle East due to a cool twist: this Irish bar serves only unlicensed drinks. (They don’t like the word “mocktail” because there is nothing faux about these flavoured drinks).

There are even more exciting things to look forward to at the Galleria Al Maryah Island.

A world-renowned Taiwanese restaurant is coming in early 2022. That’s right, Din Tai Fung is on the way. Featuring oodles of noodles, dumplings and meaty soups. The Dubai outpost is former Time Out Award winner, and it’s easy to see why. Read more here.
