Summer in all about new menus that celebrate the season. If you’re looking for a new Asian menu, the Hakkasan Abu Dhabi new summer menu has launched.
Hakkasan in Emirates Palace is re-introducing its signature Cantonese Journey menu. The limited-edition menu will be available from Wednesday June 1 until September 15, and it will be served between 6pm and 11.30pm.
The chefs at Hakkasan Abu Dhabi have curated the menu using locally sourced ingredients like wild prawns, corn-fed chicken and organic vegetables. Are you getting hungry?
The menu is priced at Dhs298 per person, and includes three courses of starters, mains and dessert.

The Hakkasan Abu Dhabi new summer menu begins with a fresh cuttlefish salad dressed in zesty lemongrass, two dim sums, and a crispy eggplant flavoured with Chinese five spice. For mains, tuck into sticky sesame chicken, wok-fried wild prawns with XO sauce, stir-fried baby bok choy with garlic, and a fried trio organic rice.
To end the Hakkasan Cantonese Journey on a sweet note, there’s a modern and very Instagrammable blueberry cheesecake – because who could resist a good slice of cheesecake?
The Hakkasan Abu Dhabi Cantonese Journey menu is meant to be a modern take on authentic Cantonese cuisine as it borrows flavours and techniques from both contemporary and ancient China.
In addition to the Hakkasan Abu Dhabi new summer menu, the Corniche restaurant will also still offer its à la carte menu.
