Zip-line or walk the roof at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi 

Ferrari World Abu Dhabi is set to celebrate its tenth anniversary in November. As part of the ten-year celebrations, two new attractions are set to open at the park. From November 5 you will be able to walk on the indoor theme park’s red roof and try a zip-line from the roof. At the roof walk you’ll be able to enjoy panoramic views over Yas Island and get some great pictures. More into the zip-line? The new attraction will take you through the loop of Flying Aces rollercoaster. Tickets for each of the new attractions are already on sale. The Ferrari World Abu Dhabi roof walk costs Dhs125 per person and the zip-line is Dhs95. Want to try both? You can buy a combo package for Dhs175. Tickets are in addition to entry to the park.

Party at ANNEX 

ANNEX at The Abu Dhabi EDITION reopens to the public on November 4. The nightspot will be open weekly on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, when the new Saturdays Sessions will take place. The multi-level venue will see EYJEY back behind the decks for weekends with a mix of different music played depending on what night you visit.

On Thursday nights the soundtrack is all about Afrobeat, RnB and Brazilian funk. Friday nights it’s a flashback with old school hip-hop and pop classics mixed with a few more modern songs. Bringing the weekends to a close, the ANNEX Saturday session is a three-hour promotion with limitless bites, free-flowing bubbly and house beverages from 5pm to 8pm. Packages starts from Dhs199 with soft drinks and Dhs248 with house beverages. We’re delighted to see ANNEX back.

Visit Qasr Al Watan 

The stunning Qasr Al Watan, part of the Presidential Palace, has opened its doors to the public for daily tours. A total of 149,000 unique pieces of silver, crystal and china were used in the Presidential Banquet of the palace that was completed in 2017. Visitors are able to explore the building and see the intricate details of the building in person. Plus, in the evening, a light and sound show projected onto the building’s façade reveals the palace’s significance to the country’s culture and history.

Explore new sites at Al Hudayriat Island 

Al Hudayriat Island will unveil new leisure activities and attractions in November. The Hudayriat Recreational Project, a new 3,000 waterfront community, will open to the public this month with the exact date still to be announced. It will add to Abu Dhabi’s eco-tourism options, joining Jubail Mangrove Walk, which opened in January 2020. Facilities at the site will include an adult and children obstacle park, new cycling tracks, a BMX track, climbing wall, high ropes course and a zip-line. The Bab Al-Nojoum section will be home to glamping tents with private swimming pools, camper vans, a private beach campsite and a beach cinema. Among the other ten facilities at the site is the 321 Sport Village, including cycle tracks and sporting facilities, Masana that will be home to an ice rink, skate park and kids waterpark, and the Hudayriat Island Heritage Walk that will educate visitors on the history of pearl diving in the UAE.

 Launching a brilliant deal for the month of November, an Abu Dhabi bar and restaurant has launched a cracker until the end of the month. Celebrating the venues fifth anniversary, Jazz@Pizza Express , located at The Hub at the Mall at World Trade Center Abu Dhabi, is offering five bottles of hops or five glasses of grape for Dhs50. Explore Jubail Mangrove Walk 

Abu Dhabi’s Mangrove Walk at Jubail Mangrove Park opened in January 2020 and quickly became one of the most popular attractions in the city. Thousands of visitors have explored the attraction since it opened its doors and it’s easy to see why with beautiful scenery offering an escape from busy city life. Now, after a short closure, Jubail Mangrove Walk is set to reopen to the public. Tickets must be bought in advance so if you want to visit you’ll have to plan ahead.

Pizza we love it and we can’t get enough. If you’re like us then you’ll want to know about the ongoing promotion at Cafe Milano.
