Earlier this month Amazon Prime launched in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
Offering next-day delivery and paid same-day delivery on thousands of items, members can also watch TV shows and films on Amazon Prime’s streaming service.
Prime members will also get free delivery in six to nine business days for international orders over Dhs on five million Prime-eligible products shipped from Amazon US.
Offering a free 30-day trial to everyone in the capital, customers can sign up and see if the service works for them.
After the 30-day trial period the monthly subscription will cost Dhs12 per month until the end of October when subscriptions will increase to Dhs16 per month or Dhs140 per year.
The good news is that Amazon’s popular Prime Day sale will also be launching for the first time in the UAE this year.
A two-day online shopping event offering huge discounts on thousands of products will take place on July 15 and 16.
If you’re not a member you won’t be able to get the discounts but with a free 30-day trial you can sign up and get shopping when the sale launches.
Prime Day starts Monday, July 15 at midnight.
