Yas Mall has announced plans to open a co-working space.
Opening in August, CLOUD Spaces will offer a flexible working environment on Yas Island for small businesses, freelancers and companies in emirate and across the UAE.
Aiming to attract international business as well, the spaces have been created to benefit companies with a focus on retail, fashion product design and more.
An on-site incubator hub is also to launch to help new businesses emerge and create solutions as well as supporting to gain trade licences, opening units, mentoring programmes and product showcases.
Photo and recording studios are also on hand for any media requirements.
“We welcome the addition of Cloud Spaces to Yas Mall, another first-of-its-kind model in the region and a response to the changing needs of Abu Dhabi’s commercial landscape,” said Saoud Khoory, executive director of retail at Aldar Properties.
“With growing demand for flexible working spaces across the UAE, CLOUD Spaces will serve as a hub to support the growth plans of existing tenants and future tenants alike, as well as the wider business community.”
Monthly and annual plans will be available for businesses to cater for short-term and long-term working requirements.
