Middle East Film & Comic Con (MEFCC) fans, start prepping your costumes because a new edition of Comic Con has been announced.
Mark your calendars for March 3 to March 5 2023, because an action-packed weekend is in store with Comic Con 2023 in Abu Dhabi.

Running across three days at the ADNEC in Abu Dhabi, it’ll be an extravaganza of anime, gaming, comics, pop-culture entertainment and more. Wondering which celebrities will be on site for meet-and-greets?
Bring your merch along for autographs because you’ll get to see Nathalie Emmanual, aka Khaleesi’s bestie from Game of Thrones; Charles Martinet, the voice behind the beloved Super Mario Bros; Michael Rooker, Yondu, leader of the Ravagers; Daredevil vigilante Charlie Cox; Kevin Conroy, the legendary voice of The Batman; Ming-Na Wen known for her role as Disney Princess Mulan; Sean Schemmel, the voice of Goku from Dragon Ball Z and Barry Keoghan, known for his role as Druig in Eternals.
Gear up for special moments with these heroes, including snaps for the ‘gram. This exciting panel of stars will also be discussing movies, comics and more, including exclusive film screenings.
A lineup of renowned creators is also on the cards. The group will be talking about their work, highlighting the process of creating comics, caricatures and anime.
Cosplay fanatics, dress to win for 2023’s cosplay competition or just for fun, come kitted out as your favourite character.
Gamers can take on other guests at thrilling on-site gaming tournaments and there’ll be plenty of free workshops available too, covering a range of topics, from gaming to Marvel & DC, cosplay and more.
Creatives will be able to get top tips from hundreds of local creators and artists who are known for their one-of-a-kind artwork. Pick up collectables from their collections, including jewelry, pins, buttons and sculptures.
Last but not least, don’t forget to chat with the MEFCC ambassadors when you spot them. Geek out as you discuss your shared love for all things pop culture and get the inside scoop of activations at the event.
