Health spots can sometimes feel clinical, but this is not the case with the Zoya health and wellbeing resort in Ajman. It’s light, bright and welcoming.
Luxury marble counter tops paired with pale wooden furniture do the job of making the space feel like a place of calm and serenity – which we don’t have to tell you is key for a wellness spot.
This new addition aimed at the health-conscious crowd is a place for those wanting to nurture their mind, body, and soul as an escape from the stresses of everyday life.
A large steam room covered in iridescent tiles, a traditional wooded sauna, a mosaic-tiled hamman and an outdoor pool lined with loungers are ideal places to unwind within the resort, which is surrounded by a picturesque golf course.
Bespoke treatment programmes are Zoya’s USP, which will combine holistic and unique medical approaches to help people with ailments they struggle with.
Stepping into the resort will begin with a consultation with a doctor to find out which retreat programme is for you.
In addition to the wellness consultation, a nutrition plan and diagnostic tests will be part of the visit to give you and Zoya’s team the foundations on which to build your personal plan.
With nine different retreat programmes including; a wellcation, immune support, a detox programme, physiotherapy and rehabilitation, weight management, liver support, rejuvenation, get fit and anti-ageing, available there is bound to be something to suit everyone.
Rooms are decorated in pale tones with pops of mint green, including a large walk-in shower and a comfy reading chair.
