Tastes of the Capital powered by Time Out Abu Dhabi will include 50 of the capital’s very best venues, which will be offering special menus from Monday July 1 to Thursday August 15.

This steakhouse at the Yas Island Rotana hotel serves high quality dishes in a relaxing setting.
The cuts of meat are tremendous, but the fresh seafood is also well worth a try. Choose one dish from each course.
First course
Seared king scallops with cauliflower, baby carrot and raisin jus
Pan-seared duck foie gras with asparagus, celeriac cream, vanilla oil and candied cashew granola
Second course
USDA prime tenderloin 300gms served with a side, sauce and Salad Bar
Pan-seared salmon steak, spice rubbed with asparagus spears and mango coriander salsa
Free-range herb marinated chicken with black velvet rice,
bock choy and foie gras cream
Dessert
