When it comes to large portion sizes and crazy milkshakes, Black Tap certainly delivers, and its special summer dishes don’t disappoint.
The New York burger joint is celebrating the summer season with a trio of limited-time dishes, including a whopping 24-piece chicken wings platter, and – in a hook-up with homegrown UAE meat supplier Mattar Farm – a limited-edition burger. Yes, please.
Until Monday September 30, foodies can get their hands on the ‘Havana ooh na na’, created in collaboration with Mattar Farm. Wait, is that a Rhianna reference?
The Cuban burger is Dhs99, and made from Mattar Farm’s smoked brisket, smoked Swiss cheese, turkey ham, chimichurri, Cuban mustard sauce and pickles. Dig into it from Wednesday July 17.
The rest are available right now. There are 24 chicken wings up for grabs with the ‘Wings Madness’ promotion, which is Dhs125 and offers a choice of different sauces.
Take your pick from hot sauce wings, Texas barbecue wings, Carolina barbecue wings, and spicy Korean barbecue wings.
It’s also chip ’n’ dip season at Black Tap, with its summer dip platter priced at Dhs75, with guacamole, Mexican chilli and queso (a Mexcian cheese) dip.
The promotions are going on at all of Black Tap’s Dubai venues, including Jumeirah Al Naseem, Rixos Premium JBR and InterContinental Dubai Festival City.
