World Vegan Day is just around the corner on Friday (November 1) and there’s plenty going on in the city.
For vegans in Abu Dhabi and Dubai it’s getting easier to dine out with more and more restaurants offering vegan-friendly dishes and menus.
Now a popular Italian restaurant chain is getting in on the act by launching a vegan menu at its stores across the UAE.
Carluccio’s has launched a new vegan menu featuring a range of dishes that are plant-based.
Dishes on the new menu include tomato bruschetta, shakshuka, superfood salad and spaghetti gustosi.
With so many fresh ingredients put together simply, Italian food seems to have it sussed and we’re interested to try the new menu ourselves sometime soon.
Who can really say no to freshly made bread and balsamic vinegar anyway?
