With Abu Dhabi Culinary Season upon us, our plans to stick to a modest diet ahead of the festive season have had to be quickly abandoned.
There are so many amazing events taking place and delicious dishes to try, and one of the best things happening is The Tastemasters Series.
The programme is bringing a line-up of chefs who look after Michelin-starred restaurants to Abu Dhabi, and next to set up residence is Italian chef Andrea Monesi. He is serving a special truffle menu at Verso at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl from November 23 to 29, and if you’re a bit of a truffle addict, we really suggest you check it out.
The culinary master comes from the gourmet trattoria Locanda di Orta, which is located in the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Sacro Monte d’Orta in Italy.
Monesi is known for bringing a fresh take to classic ingredients, and his Truffle Temptations menu at Verso will shine a light on the exclusive treat and let you experience truffles in new and exciting ways.
He says: “I am excited to come to Verso and allow diners to experience the way I like truffles to be served. I hope it will be a pleasant revelation for their taste-buds.”
Served in the bright and sunny dining room at the Italian restaurant, it certainly looks set to be a meal to remember.
