Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi pays a visit to Nusr-Et

Salt Bae’s Turkish restaurant is a favourite around the globe

How does Saltbae’s immensely popular Instgram account get even more followers? By posting pictures of the Abu Dhabi royal family on it.

Turkish steakhouse Nusr-Et, on Al Maryah Island, is already one of the most popular places in town, thanks to the eponymous chef’s #SaltBae persona on the social media channel.

Celebrities from around the world have flocked to his venues in the UAE’s capital, Dubai, Istanbul and more.

Known for his flamboyant salt sprinkling, Nusr-Et has 8.5 million Instagram followers.

That number will have jumped up in the last 24 hours after welcoming Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi to the restaurant.

His post, showing him deboning an impressive set of beef ribs, reached almost 400,000 likes within 12 hours of the original post.

That’s a meaty amount of followers.
