TrainYAS has reopened to the public in Abu Dhabi twice a week

The training nights are back with new protocols

The popular TrainYas exercise sessions at Yas Marina Circuit are back open to the public.

You can now walk, run or cycle the 5.55km track on Yas Island twice a week on Sundays and Tuesdays.

Previously only members of Abu Dhabi Cycling Club were able to attend but now even more people are being invited to take part.

Before attending one of the sessions all participants must register by visiting www.yasmarinacircuit.com before making their way to the track.

A maximum capacity of 400 people will be allowed on to the track at one time to enoy a 90-minute session.

All participants must pre-book their day and time slot on the website before attending.

Registration closes 12 hours before the start time each day so make sure to book ahead if you’re planning a visit.

Cyclists must bring their own bike and helmet as no shared equipment will be available to hire at this time.

Children under the age of 13 and those over the age of 70 will not be permitted entry.

All visitors must wear a face mask at all time, unless on the track, and maintain a safe social distance of 2m.

Access to the track will only be available through the East gate as Yas Marina Circuit takes measures to ensure visitor safety.

So if you want to enjoy an outdoor run or grab your bike and go for a ride, Yas Marina Circuit is back twice a week.
Free, registration required. Sun and Tue 5.45pm-9pm. Yas Marina Circuit, Yas Island www.yasmarinacircuit.com.
