Love yoga? Looking to find some inner peace? With the fast-pace of life in Abu Dhabi, we could all use some time to unwind and focus on our wellness.
Umm Al Emarat Park is launching a free wellness programme with four free meditation or yoga sessions for park visitors each month.
Head to Umm Al Emarat Park, one of Abu Dhabi’s biggest and most beautiful green spaces and you’ll find a free programme for yogi masters, meditation gurus and beginners alike.
Every Wednesday at 6.30pm starting on Wednesday October 13, the park’s partners will collectively provide free meditation and yoga sessions to help the community slow down, find inner resilience and achieve full self-awareness.

The partners include Inner Space Centre, Seven Wellness and Flo Studio.
The Flo Studio sessions will teach you how to unite mind and body through breathing. You’ll develop awareness and mindfulness through movement and stillness, and explore and appreciate the potential of your physical, mental, and spiritual being. To book a Flo Studio session in advance, send a Whatsapp message to (050 663 5498).
Inner Space Centre will help you achieve a state of physical and emotional calm and relaxation. There will be interactive talks and practices to help you improve your clarity of mind, decision-making skills, and inner resilience through meditation. Inner Space Centre sessions are happening on a first come first serve basis, so be sure to arrive on time.
Seven Wellness participants will release tightness, gain strength, balance the body, and focus the mind as they intentionally unite breath with movement.
