Let’s Go Yoga ME launches new 14-day virtual yoga programme in the UAE

The programme has been designed to help you stay consistent with your workouts

Now that we’re all spending most of our time at home, it can be hard to create a sense of structure or productive routine in our lives.

However, one great way to do so is to exercise regularly. To help us do that, Abu Dhabi’s Let’s Go Yoga has launched a 14-day virtual yoga programme – but it won’t be your usual yoga class.

Instead, the programme combines yoga and HITT for optimal alignment and a powerful breathing practice. Dubbed the ‘virtual yoga shred challenge’, it has been designed to provide a consistent work-out routine and promises to burn calories and tone and sculpt your body, as well as resulting in weight-loss, strength, endurance and flexibility.

Let’s Go Yoga also explains that the programme will result in an increases rate in your metabolism by 15 percent. So here’s how it works: You’ll get three ‘yoga shreds’ to spread over the course of a week. These include one weekly 30 minute restorative to release and rest hormones, organs and central nervous system, two weekly healthy recipes from Cecilia Ayoub who is a functional medicine and nutritionist, nutrition tips you can apply to your weekly home routine and three easy-to-follow audio breathing practices, all of which are under six minutes long.
