Tickets have now gone on general sale for the hugely-anticipated return of the FIFA Club World Cup to Abu Dhabi this December – and football lovers can net some great deals.
The prestigious tournament – club football’s version of the World Cup – will see holders and reigning Champions League winners Real Madrid face off against the cream of the crop from all six footballing confederations as well as the UAE champions, Abu Dhabi’s own Al Jazira.
New Zealand’s Auckland City and Mexico’s finest, Pachuca have already secured their spots in the festival of football, with a top team from South America set to join the party, too.
Spanish giants Real Madrid will enter the tournament at the semi-final stage and will be hot favourites to repeat last year’s final success, where they battled to a 4-2 win over plucky Japanese outsiders Kashima Antlers in Yokohama.
The competition will be held from December 6 to 16, with games hosted at Abu Dhabi’s Zayed Sport City stadium and Hazza Bin Zayed stadium in Al Ain.
Tickets for first round games are available for as little as Dhs20 for Category 3 Seats, with Category 2 tickets available for Dhs50 and Category 1 at Dhs100. Corporate Hospitality Seating can be purchased for Dhs750.
Tickets for the Semi final game at Zayed Sport City Stadium (the likely venue for the first appearance of Ronaldo, Bale, Benzema and co) range from Dhs40 to Dhs1,000, with final tickets on sale from Dhs80 to Dhs1,500 for corporate seating.
