Ladies can enjoy a free yoga session at Expo 2020 Dubai

The session takes place in front of the iconic waterfall

There are countless things to do at Expo 2020 Dubai from seeing just how many pavilions you can hit in a single day to checking out the most popular bars. If all of the excitement of being at Expo leaves you needing to find your zen, ladies can take a breather at one of the free weekly yoga sessions.

From November 15, yogis (and anyone eager to work on their yoga practice) can enjoy a women-only session from 9.30 to 10.30am every Monday. Things get even better because the yoga classes are free with an Expo ticket. Furthermore, Expo is currently offering a cut-price weekday pass for Dhs45 in November.

Grab a mat and towel then book into a yoga class via the Glofox app. (Wearing leggings will come in handy later with all of the walking and eating.)

The ladies’ yoga sessions are taking place in front of the iconic waterfall feature at Expo 2020 Dubai. We couldn’t think of a more beautiful or tranquil spot to centre yourself before heading back to the pavilions.

The water feature is one of the highlights of Expo for photo-snapping visitors. Located between Al Wasl Plaza and Jubilee Park, it features 153 individual waves dripping down 13-metre walls.

We recommend doing your Expo food tour post-yoga session. Your downward dog won’t be as good following a visit to homegrown faves, like Dampa Seafood Grill or the Al Reef Bakery.

Free with Expo 2020 Dubai ticket. Mondays 9.30am-10am. Expo Road, www.expo2020dubai.com.
