Looking to get your heart racing on Yas Island? How do free fitness classes sound? Yas Marina Circuit is hosting health and wellness classes on the track through new partnerships with CRANK and Les Mills including loads of free fitness classes to choose from.
First up, TrainYAS has added the infamous Les Mills Classes to its roster of activities. The sessions take place infield of the track and are completely free.
Head to the track every evening from Monday to Wednesday for body attack, body combat, body balance, yoga, pilates and Zumba classes. All you need to do is register for TrainYAS to get a barcode that will give you access to the track. Classes are open to all fitness levels so get ready to break a sweat.

CRANK, a popular spin studio, has also returned to the circuit. The spin classes are held on stationary bikes located on the North Circuit. Classes are often sold out, so keep your eyes glued on this space for the next announcement.
If you’d prefer to workout at your own pace, TrainYAS is also opening the Formula 1 track on Saturday March 12 for a sunset jog, cycle or walk. Abu Dhabi Cycling Club will be providing free bikes and helmets available in various adult and kids’ sizes at the ComYas village.
Looking for another way to get fit on Yas Island? Yas Padel Tennis Hub is opening soon at Yas Marina with professional padel coaches who will provide lessons for beginners, intermediate and advanced players. There will also be a dedicated app with a match-making feature where players can match with other padel players.
