Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Airways has announced more temporary changes to flight routes from the UAE capital to the rest of the world.
Changes are effectively immediately (except where stated otherwise below) and more changes could be announced.
Passengers facing flight cancellations are being informed that procedures are in place for refunds or for flight changes when services resume.
Those seeking refunds or changes are asked to refrain from contacting Etihad’s customer care centre unless their flight is scheduled in the next 48 hours.
Passengers scheduled to travel in the next few days will be treated as the priority.

All flights suspended until April 30.
Barcelona
All flights suspended until April 30.
Baku
All flights suspended until April 30.
Beirut
All flights suspended until April 30.
Belgrade
All flights suspended from March 20 to April 30.
Cairo
All flights suspended from March 20 to April 30.
Casablanca
All flights suspended until April 30.
Chengdu
All flights suspended until further notice.
Dammam
All flights suspended until April 30.
Geneva
All flights suspended from March 19 to April 30.
Hong Kong
All flights suspended until June 30.
Istanbul
All flights suspended until April 30.
Jeddah
All flights suspended until April 30.
Khartoum
All flights suspended from March 18 to April 30.
Kuwait
All flights suspended until March 31.
Madrid
All flights suspended until April 30.
Medina

Reduced from daily flights to four-weekly flights on Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays and Saturdays from April 1 to April 30.
Bahrain
Reduced from three-daily flights to daily flights until March 31, increasing to twice-daily from April 1 to 30.
Bangalore
Reduced from twice-daily to daily from March 20 to April 30.
Bangkok
Reduced from three-times daily to twice-daily from April 1 to 02 May.
Chennai
Reduced from twice-daily to daily from March 23 to April 30.
Cochin
Reduced from twice-daily to daily from March 20 to April 30.
Delhi
Reduced from four-times daily flights to three-times daily flights from March 19 to 28.
Hyderabad
Reduced from twice-daily to daily from March 20 to April 30.
Jakarta
Reduced from twice-daily to once-daily from March 18 to June 30.
Manila
All flights suspended from March 18 to 30.
Mumbai
Reduced from four-times daily to three-times daily from March 19 to April 30.
Muscat
Reduced from three-daily flights to twice-daily flights until April 30.
Nur-Sultan
Reduced to one flight per week from March 19 to 31.
Seoul
Reduced from daily to four weekly flights operating on Tuedays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays from March 30 to April 30.
Singapore
Reduced from daily to four-times weekly on Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from April 1 to 30.
Tokyo
Reduced from daily to four-times weekly on Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays and Sundays from April 1 to 30.
Abu Dhabi Airport also said it would be closing Terminal 2 and operating all flights from Terminal 1. It has also released a short video letting people know what safety precautions they can expect when landing in the country.
