A massive Guinness World Records festival is coming to the UAE

Want to be a record breaker? Your chance is coming this month…

Everybody loves the idea of being a record breaker, and having your achievement etched into history (and one of those big, shiny, framed plaques to hang on your wall).

Now, you’re going to have the chance to become a record breaker, because Guinness World Records will be coming to Dubai for a ten-week run between September and November.

Taking place between Friday September 13 and Saturday November 23, WAFI Mall will be transformed for a long-standing exhibition and festival showing off the craziest, most interesting and strangest world records of all time.

And you’re invited to join in. Guinness World Records has said that visitors to the exhibition, which will feature 11 galleries on-site, will have the chance to practise and even attempt to break a record yourself.

Every Friday and Saturday at WAFI Mall you can head over the exhibition’s interactive challenge area between 3pm and 9pm. You can practise during the week, and make your record-breaking attempt at the weekends.

One of the records that will be attempted will be the largest colour by numbers mural, and you can help fill it in.

Otherwise, there’ll be plenty more going on, as well as the exhibition showcasing tonnes of record-breaking achievements across the 11 galleries being set up in the mall.
