Burger Fuel launches Rugby World Cup-inspired burger

The limited-time burger comes with free fries

Fan of the All Blacks, rugby or just burgers in general? Burger Fuel is cooking up a very strange but fitting burger just in time for the Rugby World Cup 2019 for all rugby fans to try.

The brand-new ‘Neon Blackout’, inspired by Japanese gourmet and a mix of Kiwi ‘ferocity’, is coming to the popular burger chain restaurant, but be warned, it’s comes in limited supply.

Available on Saturday September 21, the burger includes crispy, panko crumbed fried chicken coated in Yum-Yum Mayo and topped with traditional Tonkatsu sauce.

Burger Fuel has also added fresh soba noodle slaw with a sweet and spicy ginger-sesame dressing, all served between ‘All-Blackened’ charcoal sesame buns, with a wedge of lemon on the side. Think of it like a nightclub, except you eat it.

That’s not all, as whoever gets the burger will also get spud fries completely for free. The Neon Blackout burger is priced at Dhs39 – not bad considering the free fries.
