With that in mind, let us draw your attention to some free heart healthy screenings taking place at The Galleria Al Maryah Island this month.
From tomorrow (Wednesday September 25) until Monday September 30, there are free public screenings taking place in the mall’s Central Atrium.
The check-ups are being provided by Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi in partnership with The Galleria to promote World Heart Day.
Physicians from Cleveland Clinic will check your height, weight, Body Mass Index (BMI), blood sugar and blood pressure to help assess your risk of heart disease.
They will also show you how to use the clinic’s online BMI and Heart Age Calculators to monitor your health at home.
The will be available from 10am-10pm on Wednesday. Saturday, Sunday and Monday and between 10am and midnight on Thursday and Friday.
