Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai

Luxurious property on the Palm with some super dining options

Always wanted to stay in a palace? Look no further – Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai is everything you could image from an opulent, regal residence.

The massive hotel on Palm Jumeirah opened in late 2018, and is modelled on great European palaces of the past – with a sweeping atrium boasting a ginormous crystal chandelier, lashings of gold and intricate fixings.

The 100,000 sq m beach resort has 391 rooms and suites, all kitted out in a luxurious, grand fashion.

There’s a 3,000 sq m Cinq Mondes Spa, which boasts tranquil relaxation areas, private spa suites and its own 22.5m indoor pool. Set underground it’s the ideal place for a swim in hot weather. There’s also a state-of-the-art gym and yoga studio to work up a sweat in, and 500m private beach to relax and unwind at. The expansive swimming pools and manicured gardens are a delight, too, and you’ll be treated to cold towels and ice lollies while you sunbathe.

If you’re hungry there are plenty of restaurants at the property, including swanky Italian all’onda and French restaurant miX from acclaimed chef Alain Ducasse. For contemporary Japanese dishes head to Matagi, while there’s also a bar and nightclub, Skorpeus. Beachside Mediterranean restaurant Villamoré is the ideal spot for a light lunch (we recommend the delicious lemon risotto and fresh seafood dishes) or a glass of grape at sunset overlooking the sea. It also does a weekend brunch.

For an opulent, extravagant hotel, check into Emerald Palace.
