Italian racing legend Valentino Rossi will be competing in Abu Dhabi next week.
The seven-time Moto GP winner be appearing for the Monster VR46 Kessel team in a Ferrari 488 GT3 at the Gulf 12 Hours at Yas Marina Circuit on Saturday December 14.
The endurance race features teams from across the globe and includes a total of 37 vehicles from the likes of AMG Mercedes, Audi, Ferrari and Porsche.
The ninth edition of the event has two rounds of high-speed, top-level racing, each lasting six hours. Testing, practice, and qualifying sessions will be held in the two days leading up to the race.
The event will also include the second round of the TRD86 Cup, Yas Marina Circuit’s first ever single-make championship where participants, all behind the wheel of a Toyota GT 86, go head to head over the course of seven race weekends to compete for a place on the podium.
