The fourth quarter of 2013 reported a nine percent increase in recruitment from the third quarter. Employers in the country are looking to add to their workforce as the UAE economy continues to steadily grow. This comes as the Dubai stock market hit a five year high within the last two weeks suggesting a similar trajectory in 2014.
