But even we think that the new helipad event at The St. Regis Abu Dhabi sounds like the fanciest thing in the world.
On Friday January 10 guests are invited up to the helipad on top of the glamorous hotel for a night of French bubbly, oysters and fine cheeses.
As the Middle East’s highest active helipad, you’ll be able to see the whole of the city beneath you as you refresh yourself with free-flowing bubbly and watch the sun set.
The mood will also be set with tunes from a live saxophonist, and a full team of chefs, butlers and servers will be on hand to ensure you are properly fed and watered throughout the night.
This exclusive event is only for 20 people and it costs Dhs750 per person, so if you fancy it you need to get in there quick.
