Abu Dhabi police has announced a 50 percent discount on traffic fines.
It applies to any fines for violations on Abu Dhabi roads on or before December 22, 2019.
They must be paid within three months to receive the discount.
The news was announced in a series of tweets by Abu Dhabi Govenment Media Office.
In the tweet, Abu Dhabi Police said that “all black points and vehicle impoundments due before the same date shall be cancelled”.
This also seems like a good time to remind you about Abu Dhabi’s new road tolls, which will come into force on January 1 2020.
