A unique golfing event is being held at the home of motorsport

The Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship 2020 is nearly here and some of the world’s best golfers are coming to town.

Once again the annual golfing tournament will take place at Abu Dhabi Golf Club from January 16 to 19.

Some massive names are set to take part again this year including world number one Brooks Koepka, defending champion Shane Lowry, two-time winner Tommy Fleetwood, Bryson DeChambeau, Sergio Garcia and Ian Poulter.

But, before the pros start competing for the Falcon Trophy, a unique challenge will be held in the capital on January 14.

The Hero Challenge will take place at Yas Marina Circuit and it will feature some of the top golfers who are competing in the tournament.

The players will be entertaining the crowds by taking turns trying to hit a range of targets spread throughout the Formula One circuit.

Tickets to the event are free of charge and it offers a great chance to see some of the best golfing talent in action before they grace the greens of Abu Dhabi Golf Club.

To be there all you have to do is visit www.abudhabichampionship.com and register for your place.
