Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2021 will be held at full capacity

You will need a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours

Love F1? Looking to get in on the action? Then you’re going to love this news.

Capacity at Yas Marina Circuit has increased, meaning a maximum-capacity crowd can attend the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix this year.

Aligned with the latest government regulations, visitors will need to present a Green Pass through the Al Hosn app and a negative PCR test taken within 48 hours to enter the stadium.

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix is going from Thursday December 9 to Sunday December 12, and it’s the last race of the season.

The event is set to be the most exciting Abu Dhabi Grand Prix yet, with a new F1 track layout being constructed to boost overtaking and create even more exhilarating moments.

Tickets are available across the different categories, including one-day tickets and hospitality packages to attend the full four-day event.

Last year’s race was hosted behind closed doors due to COVID-19 restrictions, although, a number of frontline workers were granted free access to thank them for their services during the pandemic.

On that occasion, Red Bull Racing-Honda’s Max Verstappen reached the chequered black and white flag first, having led from start to finish.

The 2021 edition of the race will be the 13th time that F1 rubber has graced the Yas Marina track having first done so in 2009 when it became the first race to be held at night.

General admission starts at Dhs699, Grandstand entry at Dhs660, hospitality at Dhs1,250, while experience packages begin at Dhs4,440.

We’ll be making the pit-stop on Yas Island on Sunday December 12. Will you?
