Dubai’s acclaimed 21grams to open at Time Out Market Dubai

Think you’ve tried everything the Time Out Market Dubai menu has to offer? Slap on your most brilliant bib and think again as there is a brand-new rockstar vendor firing up its kitchens at the city’s most talked about dining destination.

21grams Balkan Bakery & Deli will be screeching into Time Out Market Dubai on Friday November 5, growing the number of delicious names repping outrageously good plates at the Market to 18.

Famed for phyllo pies, delicious all-day breakfast dishes and superb deli plates, 21grams is a Time Out award-winning restaurant with plenty of chops.

The 21grams menu at Time Out Market Dubai has been crafted by the eatery’s head chef Urosh Mitrashinovic, so you already know it’s going to be a winner.

Time Out Market Dubai’s hungry masses can expect a signature all-day Balkan brekkie plate and Komplet egg, three different phyllo pie options (goat’s cheese, beef bacon and honey, and spinach), and pulled beef, alongside deli small plates such as ajvar, urnebes, and hummus of the day.

Greek salad, fasolia salad and farmer’s salad will also be on the bill alongside 21grams’ brand-new cold cuts platter.

And in another delicious first, fans of 21grams will now be able to pair their brilliant Balkan cuisine with a glass of top value hops or grape from one of Time Out Market Dubai’s three licensed bars.

Throw into the mix twice weekly musical sets (Tuesday and Thursday, you can read about all that right here) and you are practically drowning in reasons to head to Time Out Market Dubai this week.
