Sharjah’s Mleiha Archaeological Centre is offering a new camping experience with exclusive meditation and yoga sessions. The experience combines meditation with recreational activities at Mleiha’s serene desert camping site.
There are two camping experiences to choose from: sunset yoga and overnight yoga. Get ready to bend, stretch, and relax among the dunes.
The experiences are launching on Friday November 5, with an itinerary that yogis will love.
Sunset yoga begins at 4.30pm with a relaxing sunset Hatha, followed by a stargazing sessions with the assistance of experienced guides and a vegetarian dinner. The experience ends at 9.30pm with a guided meditation around the bonfire. Tickets for the sunset yoga experience are Dhs450 per person.
Overnight yoga begins at 4.30pm and continues until 8am the next morning. You’ll get a sunset Hatha session, a guided meditation around the bonfire, an exclusive stargazing session and vegetarian dinner.
Sleep under the stars in the desert, and the next morning you’ll get a desert drive and short hike, sunrise vinyasa session and breakfast. Tickets are Dhs700 per person, which includes all activities and food.
