Sample L’éclair de Génie Café’s unique treats, including the delightfully dirty drinks (things can get messy!) and cookie cups filled with vanilla cream and other sauces then topped with crunchy toppings, exclusively available at L’éclair de Génie Café’s first branch in the UAE. Discover French pastry chef of the year 2014 and Vanity Fair’s 40th most influential Frenchman in the world of the year 2017 Christophe Adam’s modern twist on the traditional éclair with flavours like tiramisu and salted butter caramel. Customised flavours, such as the gold date, were created specifically for this dazzling opening, catered to local taste buds.
