Adding another string the capital’s culinary bow is The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal, which has launched a new Italian event.
The Venetian Carnvale, running until February 25, is bringing something a little different to the table.
You can head along to enjoy a Venetian-style atmosphere, complete with masks and décor, while also sinking your teeth into some specially-created dishes.
Gironotte chef Alessandro Montedoro has created the special menu that includes dishes such as lightly salted cod with polenta, gamberi in soar, fresh risottos, pastas and pizzas.
A host of desserts are also on offer for those with a sweet tooth.
A Venetian-inspired edition of the Giornotte brunch will also be held on February 21.
