Abu Dhabi rent prices down by ten percent

Much has been said about the large amount of government employees who are relocating to our emirate, but the good news is the influx of people hasn’t seen rents rise in the capital. In fact, rents have fallen 10 percent this year, according to statistics released by property consultants CBRE.
