Attention foodies: The first edition of Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants is coming to Abu Dhabi, and Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is hosting MENA’s 50 Best Restaurants official awards ceremony.
Middle East & North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurant events are happening between Friday February 4 and Friday February 11. The multi-day foodie event is bringing together top chefs from around the world.
Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers is the official hotel partner of MENA’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards, and will be a part of some of the gastronomic events, which include masterclasses and dining experiences.
Tori No Su in Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, the trendy Japanese restaurant, will be hosting an exclusive dining experience with Natsuko Shoji the owner of Été, an exclusive six-seat restaurant in Shibuya, Tokyo. During the special evening event at Tori No Su on Tuesday February 8 at 8pm, Shoji will be preparing a delicious menu that showcases her skills.
The foodie event is Dhs480 per person and will feature a king crab tart and a cold tomato soup with flounder and fruit tartar. A caviar mille-feuille and edamame shrimp flan will highlight the renowned chef’s skills in the kitchen. Diners will also tuck into a mackerel taco and MB7 wagyu beef with truffle. The meal will be finished off with something sweet, of course: a mango tart.
