Massimo Bottura hosts online cooking lesson

The world-famous chef behind Dubai’s Torno Subito explains his favourite dishes

Looking to cook up a wow-worthy dish at home but need a little guidance? Well, three-Michelin-starred chef and famed Italian restaurateur Massimo Bottura is here to help.

Known for his world-famous restaurant Osteria Francescana (a former World’s Best Restaurant title-holder) and his beachside venue in at W Dubai – The Palm’s Torno Subito, Massimo’s “Kitchen Quarantine” series will teach cooks how to make simple dishes tastier.

Taking place daily at 8pm Central European Time (11pm Gulf Standard Time) on Instagram, the chef will take people through all sorts, including making besciameela sauce for a tasty mac and cheese dish.

“This is not a cooking show, it’s just a way to share with people all over the world, we just want to be part of the world,” he said on the social media platform. “Stay safe, wash your hands and stay tuned”.
