Market at EDITION is an imaginative, healthy lifestyle restaurant that combines a relaxed and interactive style with al fresco dining. The open kitchen allows you to interact with chefs as they create dishes live in the dining room.
The restaurant has always been a buzzing option for breakfast but for the late-risers among us, the new lunch is the perfect opportunity to fill our boots with delicious, wholesome food – and there’s all-day breakfast available, too.
The Market at EDITION lunch focuses on healthy, no waste, farm-to-table cooking; each kitchen makes use of each ingredient to its entirety. The popular restaurant is spearheaded by Michelin star chef Tom Aikens and focuses on fresh and organic ingredients and delicious flavours. Sound good?
Menu highlights include the king kale salad, tuna pizza and beef wellington benedict using the very best natural ingredients. We’re also eyeing the bulgogi beef skewers, tuna pizza and the Market green earth burger. There is also an extensive list of grape, mixed drinks, hops and artisan beverages such as kombucha or tomato juice to sip.
