Celebrating contemporary art, Alserkal Art Week is synonymous with showcasing some of the most influential and experimental artists from the region and from around the world.

This year’s showcase will include Dubai’s very first ambisonic sound exhibition; a surround sound format where sound permeates a room or area from all angles – even the floor.

The Alserkal Arts Foundation’s ambisonic sound installation, A Slightly Curving Path, will be a must-see feature of the Alserkal Art Week.

From large scale works of art, photography collections to the increasingly popular digital NFT artworks, there will be plenty for any art-lover to appreciate.

To get the most out of Alserkal Art Week, why not attend the ‘Alserkal Lates’? These artist and curator led tours of the exhibitions and galleries will give you more insight into the preparation and design processes behind some of the impressive art pieces.

Further to the exhibitions and installations, Alserkal will host a programme of thought provoking conversations and guests to encourage cultural conversations and experience sharing.

Opening on Thursday March 3 at 6.30pm with a guided tour by the curator, visitors will be able to listen to the artworks within the exhibition. Located at Concrete, this will no doubt be a unique experience for even the most cultured.

From March 3 – March 22. Visit Alserkal Art Week for more information. alserkal.online/programme/alserkal-art-week
