How do I use my card?
It couldn’t be easier simply present your card on arrival and the discount will be deducted from the bill.

Is the card free?
The card itself is free; however there is a delivery fee of Dhs20 within city limits that is paid when the card is delivered to you. Click here to view charges outside city limits.

I have just signed up. When do I get my card?
Once you have received your confirmation email your card will be couriered within 7-10 working days?

I have registered for my card but have not received it yet. What do I do?
If you have been waiting for more than 10 working days please email citycard@timeabudhabi.com

Can somebody receive the card on my behalf?
Yes, simply provide your confirmation email and a copy of your photo ID and a friend or colleague can receive your card for you.

Where can I stay up-to-date with the latest offers?

My card says it expires do I need to apply for a new one?
Yes, you can apply for your new card immediately through the following link www.timeoutabudhabi.com/citycard/register

I have friends coming to visit and would like to get them a card – the problem is they arrive tomorrow. Is it possible to collect the card now?
Sorry the quickest we can have a City Card delivered is 7-10 working days.

How can I sign-up as a partner?

Go to www.timeoutabudhabi.com/citycard – terms and conditions apply to all discounts, so before you take your City Card out for a spin make sure you check each outlet’s terms and conditions.
