Using your own bodyweight as resistance, the Physique 57 workout targets the muscles in your arms, thighs, glutes and abs to the point of fatigue, then stretches them for relief.

If you’re looking to test the waters, it’s Dhs50 for one class, while those looking for a greater commitment can purchase one week of unlimited classes for Dhs150.
Looking for quicker results and a deeper understanding of the Physique 57 method? There are also 57-minute private one-on-one classes for Dhs375.
The live-streamed 30- or 45-minute workouts are now taking place every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday at 9am, noon and 5pm and on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at both 9am and 5pm.
The virtual classes can be booked up to 30 minutes before the class begins on the Physique 57 website on mobile app and all you need is a Zoom account and a decent WiFi connection and you’re good to go.
The Zoom link is sent 20 minutes before the class, which “opens up” five minutes before it’s set to begin, and for your privacy and safety, the class will “close up” five minutes after it’s started.
If you need to cancel, make sure you do so at least two hours prior to the workout, otherwise late cancellations can result in the deduction of one class, or one day on unlimited classes.
