Sing your heart out: Fancy yourself on the old karaoke? Then head to new Korean restaurant Sura in the Cristal Salam. They have rooms which can hold 12 people and cost Dhs150.

Cheer on rowers: The Abu Dhabi Traditional Rowing Race (40 feet category) takes place today at Breakwater on the Corniche. Head down for 2pm when the race starts and watch these spectacular looking vessels surge through the water.
