Now live on the Carrefour UAE website, shoppers can browse and buy from a limited number of brands including Afnan Perfumes, Arabian Oud, Al Rasasi Perfumes, Borders, Basel Watch, Early Learning Centre, Lush, Tavola and The Face Shop, with more brands said to be coming soon to the platform.
Majid Al Futtaim operates the region’s City Centre and My City Centre malls, in addition to Dubai’s Mall of the Emirates, with shopping complexes across the UAE.
While the stores’ collections are now hosted on the Mall Stores section of the Carrefour UAE website, according to a message on the site Carrefour itself is currently recommending that shoppers do their grocery shopping in-stores, while it works through a backlog of pending deliveries due to the “extraordinary increase” in online orders.
At the time of writing, Majid Al Futtaim had not stated whether Mall Store deliveries will be carried out by Carrefour’s delivery distribution chain, or via a dedicated service.
