Try this extreme home workout from former Royal Marines in the UAE

Plus loads more ways to keep fit and rent gear from gyms across the country

If you’ve been using your time at home to explore the range of workouts available online across the UAE, or even if you haven’t, this home workout in particular will get your blood pumping and your muscles aching.

In the latest of our series of videos exploring the amazing things you can do to keep inspired during your time in self-isolation, we’ve got expert advice from Instabody Fitness, which is run by former Royal Marine Daniel Andrews.

In the video available to watch below, Daniel and fellow coach Ian take us through a 45-minute, extreme workout that works every muscle group (pretty much) and avoids the usual 40:20 home workout routine you’ve probably already mastered by now.

As well as the top tips (and an exhausting couple of rounds) from Daniel and Ian, we’ve also got advice on a number of other UAE-based gyms where you can follow online classes or rent equipment to use at home.
