Kids can learn to paint with two UAE school teachers

Primary students can test their artistic skills by following these two instructional videos

Two UAE school teachers have shared fun painting activities for arty kids to try.

The two instructional videos, which can be followed by little kiddos who have a passion for art and painting, were shared with Time Out UAE Kids so that mini artists can whip out their paint brushes to create a masterpiece worthy of a spot on the fridge in the kitchen.

Janet Skelton is a Foundation Stage 2 teacher at JESS Jumeirah in Dubai and her video is aimed at kids in early years education.
Little ones can follow Skelton’s step-by-step instructions as she teaches them how to paint a mosque at sunset using watercolours.

Older primary school children with a passion for art, can enjoy their own creative task as they follow a video by GEMS Wellington Primary School.

Natalie Kaye Aspinall, assistant principal – curriculum and assessment at the Jumeirah-based school encourages budding Picassos to follow her instructions as she guides them through the process of making a family tree.

Using watercolours, Aspinall’s video is perfect for any wannabe artists looking to brush (yes, we did that on purpose) up on their painting skills.
